I am in love with this photo.
The most fascinating thing to me about boxing is the incredible mental strength and control that fighters have. They know how to get back up when it still hurts.
I think this photo depicts that type of mental strength beautifully. It's apparent that this fighter is hurt, but despite the pain and chaos surrounding her she looks completely calm, focused, and in control. And she is. She won this fight and her sixth world title.
